András joined EY in 2018 as a tax advisor and attorney. His areas of expertise include tax law, tax litigation, and tax procedural law, as well as all matters related to disputes. However, he is not only focused on litigation; he also assists businesses in reducing tax risks and leveraging savings opportunities through tax advisory services, covering all types of taxes. His focus areas include, among others, value-added tax, corporate tax, transfer pricing, special taxes, and local business taxes.
András has gained knowledge across various market sectors, including the automotive industry, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food industry, and chemicals.
He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University and continued his studies at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, specializing in financial law, where he earned an LL.M. degree. He is a registered tax advisor.
András first engaged with taxation while working in the tax department of one of the largest automotive companies, where he served as a tax advisor intern. In 2018, he achieved first place in the EY Inside Challenge Yourself! tax competition, receiving both awards and a job offer from EY.
András is fluent in English and conversant in German.
