Dóra joined the EY Law team in 2024 after working for a renowned international law firm for eight years.
Dóra specializes in Hungarian and European competition and consumer protection law. In addition to representing clients in classic competition control and consumer protection proceedings, she provides day-to-day compliance advice. She also has experience supporting clients during dawn raids and in litigation before domestic and European Union courts, including the Constitutional Court of Hungary.
In addition to classic antitrust cases (cartels, abuse of dominant position, etc.), Dóra assists transacting parties with competition las issues from the early stages of transaction planning and regularly coordinates merger control proceedings involving multiple jurisdictions.
Dóra is also one of EY’s state aid experts. Working closely with professionals from other EY service lines, she prepares complex market economy investor principle tests as a one-stop service for clients.
She is experienced in other commercial law matters, with a particular focus on supplier–trader, relationships and violations affecting these relationships. Dóra also provides ongoing support to clients on pharmaceutical regulatory and public procurement issues.
Dóra graduated from Eötvös Loránd University in 2017 and studied at the University of Sheffield in England. She was admitted to the Budapest Bar Association in 2021 and is currently pursuing economics studies at Corvinus University of Budapest.
Dóra is fluent in English.
